eNOAD & Clearance

eNOAD Filing in Fort Lauderdale

An eNOAD — electronic Notice of Arrival and Departure — is the form the US Coast Guard requires before certain vessels arrive at or depart from a US port, generally at least 96 hours ahead. We prepare and file it, handle CBP and Bahamas clearance paperwork, and keep your captain informed. Available in Fort Lauderdale, Miami and Palm Beach.

FAQ

What is an eNOAD?

An eNOAD is the electronic Notice of Arrival and Departure filed with the US Coast Guard's National Vessel Movement Center. It tells the authorities who is aboard, where the vessel is coming from and where it is going.

When must an eNOAD be filed?

Generally at least 96 hours before arrival for qualifying vessels. We confirm your vessel's exact requirement.

Do you handle Bahamas entry paperwork?

Yes. We help prepare the Bahamas online entry, cruising permit and related documents.

Is this a legal or customs brokerage service?

We are a paperwork and logistics partner. Final responsibility remains with the vessel master and authorities.
